Prizm Content Connect provides support for email formats used to save e-mail messages by several applications including Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Apple Mail, Lotus Notes, and Mozilla Thunderbird. Prizm Content Connect’s support for these format includes support for the associated attachments. So, if your messages have attached PDF and Word documents, these e-mail messages can be stored, and the Prizm Content Connect viewer will extract the attachments and render them for display along with the e-mail message content.
The following e-mail format extensions are supported:
